20.2 Individual Arbitration
Arbitration will take place on an individual basis.
The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that would otherwise be available in court, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer or commercial rules, depending on the nature of the dispute.
Unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable arbitration rules provide differently, arbitration involving a Texas consumer will take place in Bexar County, Texas, remotely, or at another location reasonably convenient to both parties.
20.3 Small Claims Court
Either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction that qualifies as a small claims proceeding rather than arbitration.
20.4 Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND BEELINE PEST CONTROL AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
An arbitrator may not combine claims of multiple individuals unless both parties expressly agree.
20.5 Jury Trial Waiver
TO THE EXTENT A DISPUTE IS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND BEELINE PEST CONTROL WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THAT DISPUTE DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT.
20.6 Arbitration Opt Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Beeline Pest Control within 30 days after you first become subject to these Terms.
Your notice must include your name, mailing address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement contained in the Beeline Pest Control Terms of Use.

21. Governing Law

For disputes that are not required to be arbitrated, you and Beeline Pest Control agree to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in or serving Bexar County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
